Cancellation Request Form

You may submit a request for cancellation and refund of your premium prior to your travel start date. After your travel start date the premium is considered fully earned and non-refundable. Please note that a $25/EUR25 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. In order to submit your cancellation request, please fill out the cancellation form in your MyInsurance account.
